That was the appeal. Can't be anymore.

The only way for them now is to present another planning app which would have to be significantly different (smaller) to even be considered.

They bought that land for peanuts some years back. If they sold now they'd make an absolute fortune, the could build whatever they liked in some shit place like Basildon.
